What a great idea! Programs for your reception!
Everyone's heard of ceremony programs that list out readings, attendants, etc, but what about reception programs?? A reception program gives your guests an idea of what is in store for the evening (or afternoon or morning!). This ensures that no one misses the key elements of your reception - cake cutting, first dances, champagne toast, etc.
If you've planned any surprises (like setting off fireworks or passing out sparklers for a toast), you could make a note like this:
Please meet the bride & groom on the balcony at 9:30pm for a sparkling surprise!
You get the idea! Anything to let your guests know that they will miss out on something special if they leave early.
